Louise Russell Principal Administrator
Franklin are delighted to have Louise as a part of our team as principal administrator. She brings a wealth of experience from her previous role and has revolutionised the we handle our day to day workload.
Ocean Peachment Building Manager
Ocean has impressed with her time at Franklin, her willingness to learn, superb attitude and ability to handle any building situation means she was an ideal candidate to look after half of our portfolio. Joining us in January 2023, Ocean bought along substantial experience having worked for a lettings agency. As well as her daily duties handling building queries, she also supports David in his never ending list of tasks.

Stacey Smith Building Support
Stacey joined our team in October 2020 and will be on hand for the day to day running of the buildings. Stacey has experience in this industry having previously worked for another managing agent.
Steve Styles Finance Manager
Steve brings 20 years experience coming from an accountancy practice background. This experience helped him gain the appreciation for the need to have complete and accurate records which are second to none. His technique is methodical, dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s. We are very lucky to have him on the team.
Hari Singh
Hari joins us as a senior building manager. With eight years’ experience Hari has joined us from a large managing agent.
At his previous employment Hari rose to a senior position very quickly and won building manager of the year along with the rising star award. Also nominated for the PM50 award we feel very happy to have him on board. He will bring a level of experience and professionalism to the role.
