I began my career in residential property management in 2014, gaining valuable industry experience whilst working within a franchise environment. Since then, the sector has evolved significantly, particularly in the wake of the Grenfell tragedy, which brought new responsibilities, regulations, and challenges to building management.
I have always embraced these changes and continue to be passionate about developing my knowledge and expertise. Property management is an ever-evolving industry, and I enjoy the challenges it presents. My commitment to professional growth remains as strong as ever, enabling me to provide the highest level of guidance and support to both my team and our leaseholders.

Louise Russell Principal Administrator
Franklin are delighted to have Louise as a part of our team as principal administrator. She brings a wealth of experience from her previous role and has revolutionised the we handle our day to day workload.
Ocean Peachment Building Manager
Ocean has impressed with her time at Franklin, her willingness to learn, superb attitude and ability to handle any building situation means she was an ideal candidate to look after half of our portfolio. Joining us in January 2023, Ocean bought along substantial experience having worked for a lettings agency. As well as her daily duties handling building queries, she also supports David in his never ending list of tasks.

Stacey Smith Building Support
Stacey joined our team in October 2020 and will be on hand for the day to day running of the buildings. Stacey has experience in this industry having previously worked for another managing agent.
Steve Styles Finance Manager
Steve brings 20 years experience coming from an accountancy practice background. This experience helped him gain the appreciation for the need to have complete and accurate records which are second to none. His technique is methodical, dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s. We are very lucky to have him on the team.
Murray Sangster Building Manager
Murray has recently joined Franklin Management, bringing three years of hands‑on experience in property management.
He is committed to developing his expertise further and is currently working towards the industry‑standard qualification through TPI.

Beth Morgan-Goodman Building Manager
Beth is the newest member of the team, joining Franklin with more than three years of experience in the property management sector. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong understanding of client relationships, property operations, and delivering a high standard of customer service.
Beth’s open, honest, and approachable nature makes her a valuable asset to both colleagues and clients alike. Her positive attitude, willingness to support others, and dedication to providing exceptional service have already made her a welcomed and respected member of the team.
Nikki Farrelley
I started working in finance when I was 17 and have gained over 20 years of experience in a variety of finance and accounts roles.
I joined Franklin Management in 2026. My day-to-day work includes processing invoices and payments, dealing with account queries and helping to keep the accounts accurate and up to date.
I bring a wealth of finance experience, strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving. I take pride in producing accurate work and completing every task to a high standard.
